Follow the stadard Install Doc:

http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/voice/c_unity/unity40/inst/inst405/5ue2k3f/index.htm

the things you need to make sure of:

- You have installed SQL Server on both Servers as oppose to MSDE

- You have dedicated off-box Message Store, if deploying Voicemail only solution.

Make sure to run the failoverWizard on both servers.

And configure UTIM integrations on Unity and in CallManager. This should be helpful:

Ken,

In addition to what Chris just said, summarizing in simple terms, install two Unity servers, the first one with the regular license and the second one with the demo license that come with Unity server. Once this is done, you can run the FailoverConfig.exe in CommServer folder to setup failover between two boxes.
