JTAPI Subsystem OUT_OF_SERVICE

i have a problem with a jtapi subsystem. The subsystem cannot initialize, the trace files says: CDT %MIVR-SS_TEL-1-SS_OUT_OF_SERVICE:JTAPI subsystem in out of service: Failure reason=A number of route points are OOS - all routes; A number of CTI ports are OOS - all ports

help me please !!!

One possible reason for this could be that the rmuser that was created and configured on IPCC is not associated to the CTI Route Point. Also check the CM App Logs and see if there is any error being logged by CTI Manager
