I have 2 ERP Servers say DB1 ( primary and DB2 ( secondary.

DB1 terminates on gig 0/0 and DB2 terminates on gig0/1. my all users would communicate with DB1.

now on Layer 3 i need to configure my L3 device in sach a way that if gig0/0 would goes down my all traffic must redirect to gig0/1 towards DB2 server.

Please help me out in this issue.

To do this you need to setup

destination based NAT.

IP sessions can be translated by NAT based on the destination network the sessions and user is trying to reach. This capability is commonly referred to as `Destination based NAT`ing'.

Destination based NAT'ing leverages route maps to determine which IP address each IP sessions is translated to based on routing reachability of the destination IP host. The dynamic translation command can now specify a route map to be processed instead of an access list.
