Does the PIX reset the QoS DSCP values in the IP packets through it?

I have this problem too.

Only 7.x and up will support QoS. Any version prior to that will drop the TOS flag within the IP header.

I have a 7.x version, and I mark the DSCP value before the packet enter into the pix and when the packet goes out the DSCP values is 0
