Hi
Is there way to combine both EM and One button login together with one service. I want agent to login via ext. mobility and then automatically logged in for IP Agent service.
Any thoughts?

Pretty sure the answer is 'no'. While EM sends the login request to a Callmanager, the One-Button login sends it to the IPCC server.

Hmm, what if IPCC is colocated with CCM on same server. Also, when agent login, it sends login request to LDAP server.
Any ideas.

Hi,
The EM login and IPCCX login are quite different. EM refers only to CallManager.
In the deployes that I have made using EM and IPCCX the solution was used EM login and password the same as the IPCCX agent login and password.
The EM and IPCCX login used is the extension number, so it is simpler for the agents. I have added a EM login button in the agent phone (Device Profile for EM) and i have select in EM properties that EM logins are numbers only.
Hope this helps,

Under:
c:\program files\wfavvid\tomcat\webapps\root\form.jsp
you will see that this script controls the extension mobility login
page. It should be a simple process to prepopulate these fields based on
available data. (Using The fields you filled out on the service page for
that phone)
If performing these changes manually is not a viable option, a feature request could be made for this functionality other thoughts..
1. Set the phone to remember the name of the last logged in user.
This will auto fill the name field with whoever was last logged into the
phone. This can be configured at the following location:
Service > Service Parameters > Extension Mobility > Remember Last Logged
In User: True
This option will only be useful if users are coming back to the same phone. If users move to a different phone then they will need to enter their own name.
2. Disable forced logoff, or change the logoff time to be very large.
Users can be logged off the phone after a certain period of time. We can
increase this period of time, or we can stop users from being logged off.
To stop users from being logged off:
Service > Service Parameters > Extension Mobility > Enforce Maximum
Login Time: False
To increase the time before being logged off:
Service > Service Parameters > Extension Mobility > Maximum Login Time:
I hope this information is helpful
