CDR reports -differ from department to ext

Hi,

When I pull a department report on a user sometimes i get no data. When i pull a cdr report for the extension that user is associated too there is plenty of data. all users are configured the same.

Whe you pull the date are you getting the data sometimes for the same user.

yes the data for the same users is always there, in both the CDR and the ART. i have been hired recently and cant pull data on myself. User are configured uniformly

the conclusion i am reaching is a sync issue between the CDR db and ART db.
