Is it possible to configure one fast ethernet port with multiple vlans. like
switchport access vlan 1,2 and so
If it's not like that how do you guys do this in real world?

Sure, you can assign multiple VLANS to a switch port. You need to configure the port as a trunk and not access port. By default, trunk port carries traffic for all VLANs but you have the option of specifying which VLANs are allowed on a trunk.
A basic trunk port configuration would look something like this.
int f0/1
switchport trunk encapsulation dot1q
switchport mode trunk

jahilnt10,
What's your purpose to configure more than one vlan on a ethernet port? An access is supposed to be connected by one network terminal. If it is a server which does need to handle multiple vlan, you need a NIC with multiple vlan support. Then, just configure the port to be a trunk port. Access port supports only one vLAN since it should be connected with one machine only. If multiple machines are connected to the port, they must be sharing with another switch. So, the connection between two switches with VLAN support should be treated as a trunk.
