I want to connect the panasonic with the router for use the legacy phones, with the new cisco ip phones with CCM.
What your opinion?

What interfaces do you have on the PBX? If you have or can upgrade to a minimum of E&M, or better, ISDN BRI, then the result will be satisfying, if using only FXS / FXO, the results are usually poor, unless you use both types, on both PBX and router.

I have E1 on the PBX, I never connect a panasonic TDA-600 with E1 to router and use a callamanger 5.0 to co-exist the legacy phone with the cisco ip phone.
