Wondering if anyone has seen this behavior on this switch and if a resolution is available: Switch loses connectivity on 10/100 ethernet ports. Power is on but, all ports go black. This switches provides connectivity to Cisco Aironet 1200 Access Points. No other ethernet devices are connected to the 10/100 ethernet ports.
The 10/100 ports are normally flashing green. When I get a call the from the floor that they are unable to connect to access points the switch ports are no longer flashing green but, all lights are out. There is power and I can telnet to the switch. IOS VERSION: Version 12.1(13)EA1a. I've reloaded remotely but not cycled powered.
