Voice Recording Solution with Cisco Callmanager

Hi All,

We are investigating a voice recording solution. Our network will have 200 IP phones with CCM 5.1 release in 5 different locations. There will be centralized call processing but we want to log all conversations.

I have found some third party solutions but I wonder is there anyone who is implemented such a solution succesfully?



I have this problem too.
