I have CME and some pots dial-peer.
example:
dial-peer voice 100 pots
destination-pattern 0.091.......
port 0/0/0:15
but when I dial from phone (0 is used for outside calls) 0091-something this dial-peer is not matched. Any suggestion?

try yo delete the dot between zeros.
