how to delete the user in call manager 4.0
I have cereated the user and associate to the DN. Now i want to delete the user no the DN

On CallManager admin page, go to User ---> Global Directory. Under New Search, find the user and hit the delete button. This should remove the user and not the directory number configured.

Select Device > Phone > find
Select the phone the user is associated with.
Clear the associated user field then try to delete the user again.
