User locale in CME

Hi all

I have a CME with "network locale" and "User locale" set in Spaniash (ES option) in telephony service.

But I don?t know why, three days after I set this, all phones become in English, and if I reset the phones they turn again to spanish. but a few days later they are again in English.

Any ideas

Hi,

CME version ? Phone types and SW version ? Are the phones unregistering sometime (see "show log")( ?

IOS version Version 12.4(4)T1

CME version 3.4

Phones 7912 SCCP ver 5

I dont have log enable, but all phones appear registered.

Hi,

can you try ugrading the phones to 8.0(3) that is the latest? It is available on CCO, area 7900 firmware.
