We have a SIP trunk to a carrier. Yesterday, users were on the phone and experienced one-way out audio. This is related to the rxload being 255/255. We have 8 FXO ports for rollover. Is there a way to have the calls rollover to the FXO lines based on the rxload of the circuit?

On the Gateway, there is. Not sure on CCM. What is your architecture, which protocol are you using to the GW ? you would need to trunk SIP to the GW and it can reroute calls depending on status of jitter probes, pings, etc.

We are running a SIP trunk to the gateway. Is there anything specific to rxload of the interface? This seems like an IP SLA config. Am I correct? Thanks for your help.

Actually, call fallback and related configuration. You cannot monitor directly traffic on interface, but you can define other paramenters to monitor.
