Callerid for incoming call

I have configured some clients number as CCM users so that we can easily find and call them from the Corporate Directory. Is it possible for these clients names to show up in the phone for incoming calls (from PSTN)?Some kind of lookup in LDAP...

I use CCM 4.2

There is no such funtionallity out of the box, but perhaps you can develop an XML application to run in your environment. Try posting the question to the developer forum.

I'm not sure XML would work, as XML could actually interfere with the call presentation. Then again, from where would you hook the application ?

I'm very surprised that CCM doesn't have the functionality!

And, even in TCL IVR, the display_info is a read-only attribute!
