Agent Not ready reason code question.

Depend on our agent states report, we find out some not ready reason code is 32755. The reason code means call ended.

What's mean call ended ?

Our CRS is 4.05

I have this problem too.

You may have only default setup for Reason Code, which does not mean anything. You need to set it up yourself in CRS server > Cisco Desktop Administrator. Here you can add Coffee Break, Lunch Break, or others.
