Hello together,

I have another question concerning the ACS 4.1 Appliance (CSACSE-1113-K9) .

Is there any way to import user via tools??

I saw that there had been the CSUtil.exe tool for older versions, but I don?t know how to access the windows desktop of my appliance (documentation says that there is no way to access the desktop, the only was to configure the acs is the WebGui and the console).

Or is there any way to access the windows desktop to work with the csutil tool?

On ACS appliance you need to console in and issue command "exportusers"

thank you for your reply but I wanted to import users to the ACS and not exporting ACS users.
