Does Cisco support ISDN DASS used by British Telecom? If so can someone provide a configuration example?

DASS2 ? No it does not. BT retired DASS2 service few years ago. There may be converters on the market, but the added cost and complication makes it may be convenient to replace the whole PBX, as the router does that already.

Thanks for the info. My question is based on the following statement from the PTT:

"The reason I ask is because normally it takes upto 30 working days to transfer an ISDN30 circuit and depending on what circuits have been installed at the new address and what its status is it could take anything from 5 working days to 30 working days to complete the change of address. We would also need to know what type of ISDN30 was installed at the new property - whether it was a ISDN30 DASS or ISDN30e."

We are moving offices and have ISDN DASS provisioned at the exisiting office. We are planning a move to a new office. No circuits have been provisioned yet. From what you've said, they couldn't installed a ISDN w/ DASS signaling even if they wanted to.

Right, like implying that they "might" support DASS2 if it was there already.

What is that you have in terms of extension or other features that make you want to port the old PBX ?

We are moving to CME/CUE, they want to keep the same DID/DDI's as this is a sales office.

This is a precise requirement that you must give to telecom, and they should be able to meet.
