Hello

Can you take a look in C:\programfiles\cisco\calldetail\CDR on your Publisher and all Subscribers. Sometimes files get stuck in this folder and do not get inserted into the database. Here is a troubleshooting guide you can follow if in fact they are getting stuck.

I've used your link and I've followed the steps indicated on the case 1. The last one was to Restart the Cisco CAR Scheduler service. How do I do that?
