Call Manager Database Query

I have Call Manager 4.1

I have been asked to provide the First and last name, the extension number and department for all users.

What is the best way to query this information?

That info is not stored in SQL, it is in the current directory, if using DCD try:

Use DCD Bulk Export under DC Directory Administration.

For root DN:


ciscoCCNatControlDevices is the property which store Device association info.

It will export a .txt file which u can use to perform your search.

I was able to use BAT and export the user information. Had to clean it up a little but I think this will work.
