Forwarding from ACD to Callmanager Huntgroup

I have setup a script to forward to a huntgroup after a certain period of waiting in the queue. When I test this with my softphone as the first member of the hunt everything works fine. My customer wants the back line of his agents to be in this hunt group. (This is the extensions other than their ICD extensions.) When I use those extensions in the huntgroup the call fails to complete. Is it not possible to use the back line of agent phones in a huntgroup such as this? If so, what am I doing wrong? IPCC version is 4.0(4).

I have this problem too.

It should work just fine, I am assuming that by back line you mean second line on the phone, correct?

Are both DNs in the same parition? This may be CSS/Parition issue.

What if you just dial the hunt pilot from another phone?
