We are using ciscoworks for network management,

we have configured E-mail notification for event set of "OPERATIONALLY DOWN" only, but still we receive alert mail for other unwanted events.

Please help us in finding solutions on this.

MANAGED OBJECT = 161.144.130.1

MANAGED OBJECT TYPE = Routers

EVENT DESCRIPTION = IF-161.144.130.1/13 [Tu10] [** Tunnel with SIFY **]:HighUtilization; 161.144.130.1:Unresponsive; 161.144.130.1:Unresponsive; IF-161.144.130.1/5 [BR0/0:2]:ExceededMaximumUptime; IF-161.144.130.1/4 [BR0/0:1]:ExceededMaximumUptime;

I WANT TO GET ONLY "OPERATIONALLY DOWN" AND "UNRESPONSIVELY"

Again, look at that thread to which I pointed you. You have the Alert boxes checked in addition to the Event boxes. If you uncheck the Alert boxes, these notifications will stop.
