Connection limit exceeded on asa 5520

Hi,

We have migrate on asa 5520 and i have connections problems with the message:

%ASA-3-201011: Connection limit exceeded 100/100 for outbound packet from 10.9.1.1/55194 to 10.1.6.1/22 on interface inside

I Change the static lines to 1000 max tcp connections, check the nat command in order to have infinite connections, and default policy-map setting (infinte connection possible).

After the modification of the statics i make the "clear xlate".

But i still have the "Connection limit exceeded 100/100" error message?

Is it necessary to reboot the firewalls ?

Thanks for your help,

jj

Yes, it s because of the TCP connection limit. You check the static translations and any other broadcast has happening to overfilling the connection limits
