No it is not. PPS is for router/switches that move packets from an interface to another, while the voice gateway does a different job.

Anyway, all the AS5000 have performance sufficient to support all the PRI circuit you can install in them. That is, for example, if the 5350 has a maximum of 8 x E1 (I don't remember now), it will work as advertised.
