Dear sir ,
i have 3548-xl switche which are not supporting for aaa model .please kindly suugest the minimum reqirement in those swithces for aaa model

What is the IOS version running on the switches
try upgrading the IOS to c3500XL-c3h2s-mz-120.5.2-XU.bin
I have a 3548XL switch with the above IOS and AAA feature enabled
