Call manager upgrade to 5.1 DMA issue

I am trying to import the DMA tar file during the build.

I see a successful get of the file from my ftp server & see the file being processed on my new call manager server, but then get the following error message on the new call manager server,

"File retrieval has failed for some unknown reason"

any help would be appreciated!!!

As such I am unable to proceed with the build.

I have this problem too.
