SNMS and config management

Hi,

I have SNMS 1.5.1 installed on windows 2003. Since last week i can't fetch the config of my switch. I have the following error :

%RCMD-4-RCMDDNSFAIL: DNS hostname/ip address mismatch

The IP address for an incoming rcmd request is not registered with DNS.

The problem is that the server (which is the IP address that make problem) is already in the DNS.

Have you any idea about this problem ?

You can either update your DNS configuration on your device using ip name-server (maybe the device is not using the correct DNS server), or add "no ip rcmd domain-lookup" to disable rcmd name lookups altogether.
