The issue is that when using the Call Pickup feature,the Calling Party ID does not display when the Auto Call Pickup service is enabled. When this service is disabled, there is no problem.
Your help would be appreciated.

Did you check the Forwarded Call Information Display for the devices? I believe the default is to not forward the caller number or redirected number.

Thanks for your prompt reply.
No, the Forwarded Call Info is not checked, but that appears to be unnecessary, as we checked this setting at another of our customer's sites and also in our lab and found the box is not checked, but the feature works fine.
