Cisco 851 + Chat-Script

Unanswered Question
May 15th, 2007

Seems the 851's do not support the chat-script command. Currently running it with (c850-advsecurityk9-mz.123-14.YT1.bin). Not sure if anyone else has run into this dilema or has figured out another way to get the router to talk to the modem for dialup to an ISP. Thanks for any possible help

For the Cisco 851 router, only dial-in capability is supported.Chat scripts are used in dial-on-demand routing (DDR) to give commands to dial a modem and commands to log on to remote systems. The defined script will be used to place a call over a modem.
