What all can be done with ASA5505-50-BUN-K9 ?

We have bought ASA5505-50-BUN-K9.

We have more remote users that local network users. We would like to know

1. What's the maximum LAL-LAN IPsec VPN we can have with this bundle ?

2. How many remote users can simultaneously connect using a IPSec VPN client?

3. How many remote users can simultaneoulsy connect through web using SSL ?

4. Can multiple remote users simultaneously connect through web using the same SSL username/password ?

Hope this answers your questions, I am not to sure what you mean on number 4.

Maximum firewall throughput (Mbps) 150

Maximum 3DES/AES VPN throughput (Mbps) 100

Maximum site-to-site and remote access VPN ser sessions 10/25

Maximum SSL VPN user sessions 25

(Beginning with Cisco ASA Software v7.1, SSL VPN (Web VPN) capability requires a license. Systems include 2 SSL VPN users by default for evaluation and remote management purposes)

What I mean by question 4 is that if one user connects with one username/password, can another user in the same organization use the same username/password and connect simultaneously ?

Dan,

The default simultaneous logins on the ASA would 3. You can bump that up.

But, it would be best to use different username and password just for security reasons.
