PIMG Set-up

Unanswered Question

I have a dual integration with CCM 5.1 and a Digital PIMG to a Avaya G3, Unity is ver 4.2(1). The problem I am getting is that using the port monitor is see the call coming from the PBX, it gets answered but Unity does not play an Opening Greeting. I have even tried creating a seperate Opening Greeting for the PBX making sure in the profile that it is using PIMG switch.

I am I missing something on the set-up?

Is the nec rejecting the call and sending it back to the originator? If this is the case, the call coming back into the unity has no DNIS info so it would go to the opening greeting. Try placing an access code.
