Tarpit command and warning mesages ?

Are there any warning messages generated when "tarpit" thresholds are reached and IronPort will beging resource conservation ?

What kind of log entries are generated when this happen ?

The system will slow down receiving when memory is low.
The system will begin resource conservation at 75% of memory usage.
The system will begin refusing mail at 85% of memory usage.

The appliance will do several things:

The appliance will send out an email alert at the System Critical level. Use 'alertconfig' to set this up.

It also sends an SNMP trap if you have that configured.

There is also a parameter 'ResCon' that shows up in the status log as >0 if the system is in resource conservation mode.

What is the best practices when the ironport thresholds are reached?
