I have a customer that is migrating from another PBX to a Cisco CME/CUE scenario. The DID range happens to begin with "0" (usually operator's extension) for example the DID range last 4 digits are 0200-0299. In the old PBX the extensions were configure with a 3 digit extension and I assumed they did this because of the conflict. I know I can recommend to the customer to continue to use this scenario in order to facilitate access to the operator by dialing "0" from CUE AA or internally from the IP Phones. Do you know any other way in which this can be overcome or configured in a better way?
