Unity Connection - Phrase error for language that is not installed

Hi,


Unity Connection 1.2(1) has been running fine, but in the last few days I have been getting the following error all the time:

Description:

Cisco Unity Connection's Phrase Server Manager experienced a serious error.



EXPLANATION:


The specified language is not loaded. Verify that the specified language is

installed or that the user's language is set to an installed language.



ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:


The Phrase Server Manager will use US English instead of the specified language.

Method: Phrase Server Manager::CAvPhraseServerMgr::CreatePhraseServerSU


Language: VIT


Now I do have a number of Languages installed, but (if I am correct) Vietnamese is not one of them so this has thrown me.


What is the best approach to start tracking the cause of this down.
