Adding autonomous mode AP on WLC 4400 with 4.1

The AP is auth and associated as a client to the WLC.

I can ping the AP. And, from the AP, it is possible to ping all hardwares physically connected to this one.

Nevertheless, these hardwares can't be auth and associated to the WLC.

Once in a while, they manage but the connection is very unsteady, that's to say, for 100 pings for example, only 60 succeed.

Does anyone meet the same problem ??

WLC only works with Light weight acces points. It doesnt work with Autonomous APs. So if necesarry you convert the Autonomous APs to Lightweight access points. Refer URL http://cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/wireless/ps430/prod_technical_reference09186a00804fc3dc.html for more information
