Attendant console - calls disappear

Hi:

We are having a strange problem with Attendant console (Cisco CallManager 4.2)


I can see 3 or more calls on the console that are waiting to be answered and they disappear all of a sudden. Our customers complained about their calls getting disconnected before the operator answers the calls.


Any ideas?
