Redistributing EIGRP into BGP, Access-list

Attached are 2 files which are the configs for our 7204?s in NYC (old config and new config). Before we migrated to PIP(private ipm= MPLS) and BGP, we used access-list 10 to control which static routes defined in the 7204?s and our MSFC?s were allowed to distribute out to the remote routers.

Looking at the new config, access-list 10 is not applied anywhere, and my remote routers are learning of these static routes that are defined on our MSFC?s designed for NYC only. The MSFC?s are running EIGRP, we are redistributing EIGRP into BGP.

Where would I apply access-list 10 now to allow only the networks/hosts in the access list to redistribute out to remote routers?

Please help, im not that good with bgp :(

Thank you in advance.

Brian B

You need to confiure the access-list along with the redistribute command while re-distributing eigrp routes to BGP

Hi,

Apply your access-list to the route-map EIGRP-to-BGP in order to filter routes while redistributed into BGP to be sent to the remote sites.

HTH, please do rate all helpful replies,
