Hi there,

We have a problem with our phones in that when dialling an internal phone number using an STD code it will drop the last 2 digits and not dial the destination.

For example:

If you dial 65861234 the number will dial no problem but if you dial 0265861234 it will only dial 02658612 dropping off the last 2 digits.

External phone numbers seem to work no problem, it only seem to be doing this to registered numbers in the system.

Any assistance appreciated.
