Hi, I always thought that there was no help available during simulation, but in the exam study section of the CCNP Prep center I watched a video about tip for the exam, and one is to use the help to get a hint on the commands availables; what do they mean by that ? Can I use the "?" ?
Not only the help is available, please take note of the following points:-
1. Help is available at the '?'
2. Only commands that are relevant to the context of the questions are available i.e. if you are asked to configure BGP, certainly there wont be command sets available for FR or ISDN
3. Even the short letters are acceptable i.e. instead of typing write memory you may simply do wr me
4. Fianlly as Mohummad suggested PLEASE ENSURE you save the configs before you come out of the question / move ahead, though I'm not sure of the significance but its not worth taking 125USD risk!!
All the best!

Yes the "?" helper is available in the exam simulator, feel free to use it.
Don't forgot to "copy run start" at the end :)
Good Luck :)
