CDR Software with Call Manager 5.1. Please HELP!

We upgraded to CM 5.1 and what we need is to get certain information out of the CDR's pertaining to Client Matter Codes as we use them to bill our clients...and we put this into SQL (accounting databas) and do our cost calculations but I cannot find a way to do this on 5.1 and cannot find any software out there that can help. Exporting to .csv does not give the's too much information!!!!
