...and what does it mean if it is set or not set?

Is there a document that describes all the flags in the 'sh ip mroute' output?

Hi Friend,

SPT-bit set indicates that packets have been received on the shortest path source tree.

You can look at this link which explain nearly all the flags

http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/software/ios124/124tcr/timc_r/mlt_s1ht.htm#wp1073705

The Link provided here is not working. Please post the currently working link here.

Mohammad,

I am not sure if Ankur is still reachable after 8 years (though I hope he is!). Nonetheless, I believe this is the current document:

http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/ios-xml/ios/ipmulti/command/imc-cr-book/imc_s1.html#wp3622554730

Scroll down to Table 24.

Best regards,
Peter
