PVDM Issue

We have a cisco 3845 router. There are 4 PVDM modules in the router out of which some PVDM's has gone faulty and is not forwarding any traffic.

We need to identify the PVDM's which are faulty.Is there any way to check it or do we have to go for checking physically.

I dont understand when you say, the PVDM has stopped forwarding traffic.

The PVDM's are used to provide DSP resources for transcoding, conference etc...

Anyway if you have physical access to the routers, the Rear panel PVDM LEDs would help to identify which PVDMs are faulty. You can also use the the show diag command to check whether it has been detected properly.
