Dear all,
I have 3550 switch connected to lan.
By logging into switch, Can I able to know the IP addresseses and respective Port details? what is the command?
pls help me

Hi Phani,
if you login to the switch, you can know the ip address by typing "show run interface vlan 1" it will display the ip address if assigned.
if you type "show interfaces" it will list all the ports with the status.

Most of the switch attributes can be viewes by the command " show run".
Port in-depth details can be viewed by "show interface"
Man, its high time you start studying the switch operational manual :D
