i am trying to connect the new cisco 7911 G phone to CCM 4.1.3 and its giving registration errror what could be the cause .how i can solve this issue i am waiting for your valuable reply

is it registration error or "Registration Rejected". if it's the latter - possibly you haven't enabled the auto-registration feature on the CM

i enabled the auto registration the problem with the device pack thanks for your reply

Hi Sunny,
You need at least SR1 on CCM 4.1.3 to support the 7911G;
7911G IP Phone - Supported CallManager Versions
Cisco CallManager version 4.1(3) SR1 or later
ciscocm.4-1-DevPack-25.3.exe, or later
