CiscoWorks time zone problem

Hi everybody,

I have a LMS 2.6 installed over a Windows server. The problem is the time zone that CiscoWorks shows is a wrong one: GMT+2 when it should be GMT+1.

I have changed the value in the Collector.properties file and restart the daemon but without changes.

Can anyone please help me?

Where does it show this incorrect timezone? Please provide a screenshot.

Hello,

I have solved the problem. It was caused by a configuration error in the router. It had a wrong time zone and when CiscoWorks received the syslog message, it applies a delay so the message was added late to the RME database.
