please can you tell me how can i configure controller to support wireless ip phone and why phone not detected the SSID or any signal from the AP

Which phone are you using?

Hi,

I got the same problem. I was trying to use the Lynksis WIP330 IP phone on a AP1240AG. The AP diffuse two ssid, an open and a secure. The Secure uses a radius server (EAP - WAP2).

The ip phone sees only the Open SSID :s. I don't understand why because a Siemens Ip Phone can see the Secure ssid :'(

Could someone give help ?
