Keypad dying on shared line phone

We have users that share lines on their phones. When one user is on the phone, the other user can not use the keypad menu driven prompts (eg. Voicemail login, IVR, etc.) They are however able to make calls. Has anyone seen this before? Thanks in advance.

Have you enabled a detailed ccm trace with sdl and looked at the call? I'd be curious to see them if you can post.
