Unity Express 2.3: how to create audiotext or IVR-style applications?

I'm running Unity Express 2.3 (NM-CUE-EC) with CCM 4.2(3).

I'd like to have a greeting with directions like "press 1 for sales, 2 for customer support" etc. Behind the scene, I would transfer the call to a four-digit extension for the corresponding department.

It seems to me that standard AA scripts and customized scripts will not help me to fulfill this.

Any idea/input is greatly appreciated.
