Problem with inbound and outbound calls

Hi, we are using call manager version 4 and a 2811 gateway runing h323. The problem we have is that we are able to dial between handsets internally but as soon as we try to dial outbound or receive inbound calls they fail. I am trying to follow the flow of events for these types of call but am unable to find a flow diagram of events.


When you dial outbound you simply get the same as an engaged tone. I believe that this is something to do with the search space but may well be wrong.

The cadence that sounds like an engaged tone, is more likely the reorder/NU tone, which is annoying similar to the engaged tone. It means that Call Manager is unable to find a route for the call - so check your dial plan and gateways.
