CDR Individual bills

I have CCM 4.0 and trying to generate the individual bill for users.

In the procedure it says that choose Bills > Individual, but I am not able to get the Bills menus.

Only in User Reports > Bills > Individual, it is their, but this report gives only report for admin.

How to get the user bill info?

I have logged in as administrator in CAR.

You need to login as CAR Administrator for accessing individual records.
